Grapes

Aragonez
Is a promising grape in central Portugal but can be very sensitive to diseases. In the Dão it is called Borrado das Moscas or ‘fly droppings’, an allusion to the size of the grapes and the small specks on the skins. The grape offers good acidity and fine scented fruit aromas and is exceptional in the production of sparkling Bairrada.
